Request Doctor\u2019s Appointment:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have contacted the patient coordinator regarding your inquiries and have planned to come for treatment at Vejthani Hospital, request an appointment to the coordinator by providing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A copy of your passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your medical concern and your requested doctor (if you have any)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your preferred date and time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The coordinator will then make an appointment upon your request and send you a confirmation slip via email or through any of our official communication channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Complimentary Transportation Service:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For your convenience, we offer complimentary airport and hotel pick-up and drop off services. This applies when you would like to commute on your appointment dates from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Airport to&nbsp;Vejthani&nbsp;Hospital&nbsp;and vice versa&nbsp;\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hotel to&nbsp;Vejthani&nbsp;Hospital and vice versa\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To request a transportation service on the day of your doctor\u2019s appointment, please notify the patient coordinator <strong>24 &#8211; 48 hours in advance<\/strong> of the appointment date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For airport pick-up, please provide:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Air ticket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy of your passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of passengers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For hotel pick-up, please provide your:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hotel name, address, telephone number, room number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of Passengers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact number in Thailand (if available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to travel to the hospital on your own, please follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/uQK34L72kZKnF1WBA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">map<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. After Arrival:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have arrived at the hospital for your appointment for the first time, please contact <strong>International Customer Service<\/strong> on the second floor for patient registration.
